MKUU POLITICS - HILARY IN 2016

I usually don't discuss politics because it has the potential to be a touchy subject. However, the 2016 presidential campaign has started with candidates hitting the pavement hard. On the Republican side, there is Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, and Rand Paul. While, Hilary Clinton has raised her arm as the only Democratic candidate in the race, as of today.

It would be a monumental and historical event to have a female in the White House as our Commander-in-Chief. As well as, as our former first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton already has an inside angle as a former resident for 8 years in the White House. She has vowed to campaign for our votes. She is creating a perception to the public that she does not want our votes because she is entitled but because of what she can do for Americans, specifically the middle class. Her campaign will most certainly have controversy with her past scandals at Benghazi and the secret e-mails debacle. Some argue her political past as the matriach of the Clinton dynasty exceeds her past acheivements and therefore prevent voters from standing behind a candidate with an eliist backgound. While her supporters believe that it is her time to rise to the top as our champion, as our leader, and as our next President of the United States. There are still 573 days before the 2016 Presidential election, so we are sure to see more candidates, more scandals and more political propaganda because politics is a dirty game, so the let the mud slinging begin.
