MKUU COLLAB - TARGET & ADAM LIPPES

Target is well known for it's collaborations with exclusive fashion designers - from Altuzarra, to Jason Wu, even Peter Pilotto. Target has found it's niche by giving consumers the opportunity to shop for high end fashions with bargain prices while purchasing common household items, like Bandaids or bleach. Their ability to do this better that their competitors has placed Target in a cut above the rest, especially with bargain hunting fashionistas. Just in time for the fall and back to school, Target announces their latest collaboration with Adam Lippes. Lippes, who is the king of "elegant office to night wear" , newest collection with Target is filled with plaid, plaid and more plaid.

And not that grunged out plaid from the 90's, but the sheek buffalo plaid or multiple variations of it - on everything. The collection includes apparel, decor and accessories. Did I mention that every item in the collection is plaid , from the pumps & ponchos to the cell phone cases & doggie beds. Remaining true to Lippes's sense of fashion and style, the collection of clothing is sleek and conforms with his standard office to night-about-town gear.

All items are reasonably priced from $1.50 to $200 and are due to hit stores and online September 27 until supplies last. So if you have ever shopped a Target designer collabo in the past then you alreasy know what to expect - long lines in store, slim pickings on the racks, and servers crashing online.
